Facilitating
group processes
Facilitating or moderating a process, means guiding and supporting a group in moving from A to B. By helping the group becoming more aware of what happens on the level of team dynamics and empowering the group to move with more authenticity and honesty.
I offer these services primarily through our company Seinheit, with my two amazing colleagues Natalia Nowicka and Ruth Walter.
Complexity & Strategy
I offer facilitation for teams who work with complex projects (eg. Multistakeholder Processes), who struggle with their strategy, who feel stuck or needs to gain more clarity.
On this picture we are helping a group of leaders from a Swiss Hochschule in innovating a master study program and changing their organisational structure. The aim was to respond to new market-demands and positioning themselves better for the future.
Team Development
I offer facilitation for groups who would like to develop themselves as a team, who would like to work on their collaboration, communication and trust. This can be in the form of workshops (co-designed with the team), shadowing & mirroring, dialogue sessions, and individual coaching.
On this picture is a group, guided by me over 10 months, to deepen their skills and knowledge of Dialogue.
Conflict Resolution
I offer mediation between conflicted parties. Conflicts and tensions that are under the surface are normal and exist in all groups and teams. Marginalizing or suppressing those conflicts and tension only makes them worse, while giving them space to be heard and integrated can be transformative and reviving.
On the picture my colleague Natalia and I are getting ready to mediate an escalated conflict within a team who works in production and design.
Big groups & conferences
I organise, design and facilitate conferences and big-group-workshops, that are participative, inspiring and connecting. Methods like Open space technology, Wise council, World cafe and Proaction cafe are some of the methods used for this purpose.
